In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 tools apps in Russia demonstrated diverse performance trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

VPN - fast proxy + secure saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly revenue, with peaks around $1.7K in mid-December. Downloads exhibited a rise in early December, reaching approximately 734K in the week of December 11. Active users steadily increased, peaking at over 2.3M in the same week.
